Do OSM products contain nuts?
Cranberry with Blackcurrant, Apricot with Manuka Honey and Chocolate with Manuka Honey don’t contain nuts as an ingredient. However, they are made in a facility where nuts are used in other products so, while every step is taken to prevent crossover, it is possible that nut traces might be present.
Almond with Vanilla contains tree nuts and is made in a facility where peanuts may be used so, while every step is taken to prevent crossover, it is possible that traces of peanuts might be present.
Are OSM products dairy free?
Cranberry with Blackcurrant, Apricot with Manuka Honey and Almond with Vanilla are dairy free. However, they are made in a facility where dairy is used in other products so, while every step is taken to prevent crossover, it is possible that dairy traces might be present.
Chocolate with Manuka Honey does contain dairy because it is made with real milk chocolate.
Are OSM products egg free?
Yes, all OSM products are egg-free. However, OSM is made in a facility where egg is used in other products so, while every step is taken to prevent crossover, it is possible that egg traces might be present.
Are OSM products gluten-free?
No, OSM products have gluten-containing ingredients such as rolled oats and wheat flakes.
Are OSM products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
All OSM products are suitable for vegetarians. Chocolate with Manuka Honey contains real milk chocolate, so it is suitable for lacto vegetarians (i.e. eat milk products). OSM products aren’t suitable for vegans because they contain honey.
Do OSM products contain any artificial sweeteners?
There are no artificial sweeteners in OSM products. The sweetness of OSM products comes from dried fruit, Manuka honey and brown rice syrup.
Do OSM products contain any artificial colours or flavours?
No, OSM Bars and Bites don’t contain any artificial colours or flavours.
Are there added colours in OSM products?
Apricot with Manuka Honey has a very small amount of natural caramel colour.
Are there added preservatives in OSM Products?
No, we don’t add preservatives. However, the dried apricots used in Apricot with Manuka Honey OSM products contain an antioxidant called sulphur dioxide (220). Dried apricots nearly always contain this as a preservative so that they stay their natural apricot colour.
Do OSM products contain palm oil?
No, we don’t add palm oil to any OSM Bars or Bites.

What do you mean by nutritional balance in every serve?
All OSM products are designed to deliver an equal percentage of the daily intake values and recommended dietary intake for energy, protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, 10 vitamins and 6 minerals. Therefore, each serve contains a balance of macronutrients, vitamins and minerals.
Is OSM a meal replacement product?
Yes, OSM is a formulated meal replacement. 2 Bars or 4 Bites gives you 1/3 of your daily intake and recommended dietary intake of energy, protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, 10 vitamins and 6 minerals. It is important to maintain a healthy,
varied and balanced diet so OSM is not to be used as a total diet replacement.
OSM talks about nutritional balance but it appears to be high in sugar and fat, why is that?
The recipe for OSM is designed to deliver an equal percentage of the daily intake values and recommended dietary intake for energy, protein, carbohydrates, fats and fibre, 10 vitamins and 6 minerals. It is important to include all nutrients, including sugar and fats, as part of a healthy balanced diet.

You’ll find OSM 2 Bar packs at most dairies, service stations and selected supermarkets. OSM 6 Bar boxes and 8 Bite packs are sold in most supermarkets.
Is OSM a new brand?
No. One Square Meal has been around since 2006. We have shortened the name to OSM because that’s what most people call it.

What is the difference between OSM Bars and Bites?
The OSM 2 Bar pack was the original, designed as a convenient meal replacement. Then we had the idea for OSM Bites, a handy snack size that’s perfect for the lunchbox or snacking on the go.

85 days from production (about three months).
How should they be stored?
In a cool dry place away from light.
Is it okay to freeze OSM products?
Yes, they can be frozen for up to six months. Once defrosted, eat them within a month for the best taste.
